5. Payment and Billing
Fees for services are as per the agreement between Mohammed-Zakari and the client.

Payments must be made on time according to the agreed schedule.
In the event of late payment, Mohammed-Zakari reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service.
Refunds are only processed as per the terms agreed between the parties.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Clients are eligible for a refund within 14 days of payment, provided that:

Work on the project has not yet begun
A 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the refunded amount

We reserve the right to modify or update the services provided or these terms at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Termination
Mohammed-Zakari may terminate or suspend your access to the website and services at any time without prior notice if you violate these terms and conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability
Mohammed-Zakari is not liable for:

Any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the website or services
Any financial or informational losses that may occur during or after using the services
